Wayne Haraguchi, a Senior Real Estate Specialist from Referral Realty represented us for the sale of a rental property we owned in Cupertino. We want to share the good experience we had and the successful completion of this transaction. We live roughly 1 1/2 hours from Cupertino. It was important to us to have the best representation available to minimize our trips to the Bay Area. Wayne was recommended to us by no less than Charlene who retired from Referral Realty some fifteen years ago where she worked with Wayne. She kept high respect for his work ethic and his friendliness. We met Wayne at the property along with the tenants who were in the process of packing. Wayne and the tenants got along exceptionally well and worked together to identify the work necessary to put the property on the market. We met one more time with Wayne at his office soon after the tenants had vacated. He advised us about the current market conditions in the area and suggested a reasonable listing price. He very clearly went through the many steps involved in the sale and the cost associated with it. This included fixing various things on a sixty-year old house, cleaning, painting, escrow fees, taxes and of course Realtor commissions. We signed and listed the house with Wayne. Wayne took care of contracting for repairs, painting and cleaning at a very reasonable cost. He took care of stopping utilities when it was time to do so and kept one weekend of open houses. Within one week he presented us three offers over the asking price. He, again, advised us and the sale was concluded within the following month. Wayne kept close contact with the title company and kept us informed of every step in the process. All documents were handled and signed via electronic signatures.
