Sally Warner has lived in Whistler since 1986, moving here from London, England, with a background in sales and marketing. Sally joined RE/MAX Sea to Sky Real Estate in 1987 and has enjoyed a very successful career as a sales agent.

About Sally

When Sally is not working with her clients, she is planning her next fundraising adventure. She is part of the Summits of Hope Team. Established in 1999, Summits of Hope is an officially registered not-for-profit association and an official partner of the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation. Sally believes the Children’s Hospital is a wonderful place to donate the funds she raises. The BCCH foundation funds some of the best research in the world, and improves the quality of life of sick children while educating and providing care for those children who need it most. Sally hikes with Summits of Hope to raise money for the kids at BCCH. She has participated in the trek to Everest Base Camp, summiting Kala Patthar, Nepal and summiting Kilimanjaro, Tanzania.

Sally also loves the sport of show jumping, and she and her horse Rivaldi have been provincial champions in their division more than once. She finds the relationship that you have with your horse a fascinating one – understanding the horse’s needs and motivation. “They have good days and bad days just as we do, but they cannot tell us why! You have to learn to communicate with your horse in a non-verbal way, and there is no way that you can make a 1,200 lb. animal do something that they don’t want to do.”
