March/April we were hit with bad weather, higher interest rates, the mortgage stress test, and difficulty getting money out of China. All this combined into slow buying. Homes in Southeast Oakville are still up 47% over the last five years! There is still great demand and interest in Morrison with its lovely streets, amenities, and great schools. Homes priced properly and ready to show will sell well, but more days on market is the new normal.
