2 0 2 0 MO R R I S ON M ARK ET REVIEW JONATHAN AND ANGELA-MARIE, Home sales in Morrison got off to a great start with many selling close to list price or higher. That changed with the March 2020 lockdown. The 2nd quarter slowed down but prices were up +4% compared to the same period 2019.
With safety protocols and having adjusted to the new reality, buyers came back to the market in June. In the last 6 months of 2020, 53 homes sold in Morrison compared to 32 the same period 2019. During the same time showings to see homes were down -32%.
