A HOT SUMMER FOR SOUTHEAST HOME SALES This June/July/August surpassed the same period 2019 in every way.

• Homes sold 61 versus 47 in 2019 • Days to sell 31 versus 55 in 2019 • Days on market 68 versus 82 in 2019 • Close to List price ratio 96.7% versus 94.7% in 2019 • Average price $2,217,697 versus $2,179,048 in 2019* • Active listings end of August 51 versus 66 in 2019 The Buyers returned in June and that was the best month of the year for the number sold, which was then surpassed in July.

Appointments to see homes are down vs. 2019 but Buyers are increasingly using virtual features. There is a 14% increase REALTOR.ca traffic, 50% increase in use of virtual tours, and 18% of users are adding a virtual open house to their calendars.
