Research indicates this trend is due to holiday gatherings offering families the opportunity to discuss future needs without the interference of hectic work and daily schedules. And, as we all know, the New Year offers the feeling of a fresh start! The Advantage of Listing Before the Holidays Research also reveals that online home searches have risen dramatically.
