1. The first is curb appeal. According to a survey of more than 5,000 home buyers, 60% confess to deciding to buy the home they purchased before entering the home. It’s all about the curb appeal.

2. Next is staging, or more importantly, decluttering your home. As much as we think a potential buyer can see through our valued possessions, most will not.
