J A N E M CC R OA RY Prior to real estate, my background was squarely in the corporate world and included senior positions in national sales, marketing, and customer service for Lufthansa German Airlines. My favorite assignment was serving as Managing Director for a pan-European multi-airline customer service center in Dublin, Ireland. After exiting the airline industry, I was recruited to serve as Vice President Client Experience for Merrill Lynch and later for Morgan Stanley in their cash management divisions. My educational background includes a Masters degree in International Management from McGill University (Montreal) and an undergraduate degree in Business from Hofstra University (Hempstead, NY). I also hold a Diploma in International Business from INSEAD (Fontainebleau, France). You are probably thinking that this is quite an unusual background for a REALTOR, and you’re probably right! If you think about it, my deep sales, marketing, and client service experience has translated exceptionally well into the real estate segment and continues to benefit my clients, including buyers, sellers, investors, and landlords. And here’s a secret — real estate has proven to be the most rewarding and fulfilling endeavor beyond every other role in my career. I absolutely love it! Passionate about our Tampa/St. Pete area, I also love helping clients find their perfect place in paradise or helping to sell their properties to accommodate the changes and opportunities life brings.
