Step 1: Distinctive Agent must send the signed Rental Listing
Agreement to clientcare@DMVmgmt.com which will be received by the DPM Leasing Team.
Step 2: DPM Leasing Team will generate and send a Property Speci�ic
Application Link to the the Distinctive Agent to add to their listing in MLS within One Business Day from receipt of the Listing Agreement.
Step 3: Potential Tenant applies and pays for the application online by using the Property Speci�ic Application Link. Application to be processed by Leasing Team. Applicants must upload 2 W2s/Paystubs, Offer Letter and/or Transfer Letter. Incomplete application will not be processed. Step 4: DPM Leasing Team will follow up with potential tenant if any
information is missing, if not, a credit check will be done as usual.
Step 5: DPM Leasing Team will send a copy of the application with the
Breakdown of the Credit Report to Distinctive Agent within 24 hours. Distinctive Agent has the choice to either send the report directly to your client as-is or add his/her recommendation before sending to their client.
Step 6: Once the Landlord decides and accepts an application, our
Distinctive Agent can write the lease OR the Agent can request for the DPM Leasing Team to write the lease. If our Distinctive Agent wants the lease to be written by DPM Leasing Team, please submit your request with the Listing Agreement to clientcare@DMVmgmt.com. Please note: there is a service fee for the writing of the lease which is payable by our Distinctive Agent. The turnaround for the complete lease is 72 hours. If it is a listing managed by DPM, there will be no charge. REQUIRED FROM TENANTS: First month rent check made out to RE/MAX Distinctive Security Deposit made out to the Landlord
