5 STEPS TO SELLING QUICKLY 1. The first is curb appeal. According to a survey of more than 5,000 home buyers, 60% confess to deciding to buy the home they purchased before entering the home. It’s all about the curb appeal. 2. Next is staging, or more importantly, decluttering your home. As much as we think a potential buyer can see through our valued possessions, most will not. 3. Be flexible with showing times. If you’re not, the buyer agents will move on to the next property. The easier you make it for them to show your home, the quicker it will likely sell. 4. Great marketing adds the perception of value. This will help keep you as far away from your bottom line as possible. 5. I will price your home to attract the greatest number of buyers.
