SEPTEMBER 2021 REAL ESTATE MARKET REPORT

WELCOME TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD With many families out of Whitney Oaks and so many moving in, I thought it would be fun to introduce a new family once a month to the community.

I would like to welcome The Lewis family, Carl, Negin, and their precious daughter, Soraya, to Whitney Oaks.

Carl and Negin were the buyer’s of a home that I had listed, and both the Lewis’s and the seller’s were so incredibly pleasant, appreciative, and kind throughout the entire transaction that I wanted to get to know Carl and Negin more. I knew they would be the perfect family to start out with.

Carl was born and raised in Rocklin, went to Rocklin High and soon graduated from Sac State.

Negin, Carl’s beautiful wife is an immigrant from Iran. Negin and her family came to US in 1991, first settled in Marin County then soon moved to Fair Oaks where Negin attended Bella Vista High School. They then moved to Roseville, where Carl

and Negin met a little over 11 years ago, and they have been married now for 10 years. They had always wanted to live in Whitney Oaks. It was a dream of theirs to raise their family here.

Their sweet daughter, Soraya, is now six years old, and she is a 1st grader at Valley View Elementary School. Soraya loves playing with her puppy and is learning to play golf. She’s quite the fashionista too.

As if becoming a new parent is not enough work, six years ago Carl and Negin also opened up their own mortgage company right here in Rocklin, LRG Lending, and to no surprise, their business is a huge success. After meeting Carl and Negin, I have since referred several clients to Carl and I can personally say that he is great to work with.

Besides working with their business, Negin has a passion for personal styling, and to give back, Negin gives her time and expert advice to several local non-profit organizations like Dress 2 Soar and to the foster kids at Koinonia Homes for Teens. Negin helps style teens for interviews, etc. Carl and Negin are also proud sponsors of Koinonia.

In their spare time Carl and Negin love to enjoy their family and friends, travel, escape to a beach, take peaceful walks, and golf. You may even see Soraya on the golf course taking lessons. If you see Carl, Negin, or Soraya, please give them a warm welcome and say hello.
