NEW REC CENTER — The Johnstown Town Council unanimously approved a new site for the town’s proposed recreation center. The center will be located at what was initially the council’s first choice for a site — on Parish Avenue across the street from the town hall and police department. The new site also will feature mixed commercial and retail developments. The change in site has pushed the project’s estimated completion date
