LAS VEGAS REINVENTED! Las Vegas is growing! More than $5 billion dollars worth of construction is being invested in the city. The investments began with the $375 million T-Mobile arena and with plans for a $2 billion stadium. And that’s just the beginning:

To quote the Las Vegas Review Journal, “Madison Square Garden is partnering with Las Vegas Sands Corp. to build the 18,000-seat entertainment venue, which will be a 360-foot-tall sphere 500 feet wide at its widest point. Scheduled for a 2020 completion date, the facility will be located on a 63-acre lot east of the Sands Expo & Convention Center.” It’s not just new construction that is adding to the wave of change. $550 million was invested into Park MGM (formerly known as Monte Carlo). Another major transformation is starting with a $620 million investment into The Palms. Jon Gray, the general manager of The Palms, says that the transition is still in progress with more changes coming through the first quarter and early second quarter of 2019.
