THE SUMMER RECOVERY MARKET IS HERE!
Real estate activity is inching closer to January trends, nearly half way through the path to a full recovery. As the market heads into the summer, two of the four recovery index components remain above their January baseline. Housing Demand remained visibly above recovery. Inventory is critically low! Pace of Sales has started to stabilize. As more buyers and sellers reunite, days on market may decrease. Buyers eager to capitalize on historically low interest rates are looking to take advantage of unique market conditions.
