Mansita Restaurant Serves epicurean a la carte and buffet options featuring and convening local ingredients with international flavors. Located on the first level of the hotel and overseen by our JW Marriott Guanacaste Executive Chef Tomas Arias Colombres, It sources inspiration from the area rich in local flavors. Breakfast: 6:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Lunch: 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Dinner: 5:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Buffet option based on season.
Azul Restaurant While enjoying Guanacaste’s sunshine grab a bite to eat and sip on some refreshing cocktails poolside or beachside at Azul Grill, JW Marriott Hotel’s bar and hidden gem. Whether you’re in the mood for a light salad, a glass of rose or a ceviche, Azul Grill will not disappoint with the best panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. Dinners at Azul Grill are where your plate meets Italy with an array of pastas and selective signatures dishes. Sabanero Steak House Sabanero Steak House offers a refined dining experience, the coziness of a Costa Rican hacienda and sleek modern décor. Savor our signature warm homemade bread along with specially selected steaks, fresh seafood and satisfying sides. Weekly and daily specials highlight seasonal flavors and local ingredients. Tamarine Restaurant Located in the epicenter of the hotel Tamarine Restaurant is our Indoor/outdoor. Eatery that combines contemporary Asian cuisine with a Costa Rican vibe to elevate the dining experience. The Menu features signature favorites. Azul Pool Grill Azul Pool Grill offers refreshing natural cocktails made with local and organic spirits along with wines and local beers. When hunger sets in, you can enjoy a fresh take on American classics. A variety of local healthy cuisine options and frozen treats to keep you cool. Hours: Food available from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 pm.
Waves & Cream Located just off the center lobby. Stop in for fresh brews, finest Italian ice cream and sorbet or an afternoon treat. Our Waves and Cream is open early and closes late for your convenience. Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. Seasonal Outlet: Hours of operation might vary based on season.
SANDBAR The perfect place to relax after a day in the sun. Pull up a stool to enjoy refreshing cocktails with a great variety of hamburguers of all kinds and taste. Take in the night air overlooking the hotel’s lush tropical gardens and pool. Dinner: 4:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. Drinks till 12:00 a.m. People under 18 years old are not allowed.
