Sue Seemann A little bit about myself…

Licensed in 1989 with over 26 years of experience selling real estate in Grand County. I am a graduate of the REALTOR InsXtute (GRI).

Born and raised in the Chicago area, I moved to Colorado right out of college in 1986. My career started at Coldwell Banker and transiXoned to Real Estate of Winter Park 5+ years ago.

I met my husband of over 24 years right here in Winter Park and we are raising our sons Parker, Nik and Kolby in a great environment!

Our family loves to ski, hike, bike, surf and travel! We could not ask for a be_er place to live and raise our children. I am very acXve in the community including past president of the Parent Advisory Commi_ee at Fraser Elementary and current Vice President of the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce. I love to volunteer for many worthwhile causes and fundraisers including the NaXonal MS Society. I also am a Group Fitness Instructor at our RecreaXon Center teaching yoga, spin and group exercise classes.

My commitment to service has provided buyers and sellers complete saXsfacXon. DedicaXon, Integrity and ExcepXonal Service have consistently made me one of the top producers in the area.
