Central States Tile has changed ownership. CST was founded in 1989 by Gary Sowell who continued to own and operate the business till now. Rick Winburn has purchased CST effective October 23rd, 2023. The staff at CST will remain the same and there will be no changes in the day-today operations of the company. It will be business as usual. Rick is a Missouri native who spent the first 32 years of his career as a general dentist. After a 5-year stent as a U.S. Navy dentist, he came back to the Kansas City area where he owned a dental practice in Overland Park. Having sold that practice earlier this year, he is looking forward to the challenges of a new and exciting opportunity here at CST. Rick is eager to get to know all the long-term and valued partners of CST. Gary would like to thank everyone who has supported CST through the years.
