HOUSE Turning clients’ heads…one project at a time When the client approached Creative Design Architecture, Inc., it was with one request in mind: to create a luxurious, customdesigned home in Las Vegas that would serve as both a stunning design showpiece and an inviting residential quarters for the owners and guests. CDAi accepted the challenge and created a beautiful and functional modern living design, inspired by its unique natural surroundings.

Re-Inventing Space Expansive story windows and broad skylights create a clean, open-air feel that marks only the beginning when it comes to the ways in which this innovative home design reinvents and virtually expands space. Curved walls and an elliptical transitional hallway create an elegant showpiece, while also carving out additional area in the main living area, which extends into the functional library space. Wine display cabinets lining the edge of the dining room provide sleek definition and further expand the dimensions of the space, while the multi-level design help to separate public and private spaces within the home, making it as perfect for entertaining as it is for simply…living.

Inviting Nature Indoors The use of natural materials throughout the residence creates a warm and inviting ambiance that is in perfect sync with its exterior surroundings. Large windows throughout the kitchen open up to breath-taking, panoramic views of the desert landscape, and a curved external entryway opens to an enclosed courtyard, where stepping stones carry visitors across a koi pond. Inside, natural stone, etched glass and onyx paneling accent the modern design, providing a sense of continuity and sophistication.

Form Following Function Contemporary design definitely meets modern function in this sophisticated home. Sweeping curves and sharp angles create a dynamic overall aesthetic, but the unique design offers more than just good looks; it offers superb functionality, comfort, and convenience. Energy-saving windows and skylights offer lasting illumination and warmth, and built-in design elements such as cabinets keep the interior space sleek. Modern amenities find their place alongside natural design elements, creating a unique sense of symmetry and elegance.
