REACH Council is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charity which is governed by a Board of Directors. We are a prevention agency serving all school districts and communities in Ellis, Johnson and Hill Counties. While originally founded as a drug-prevention coalition, we have expanded services to include other aspects of prevention. (Bullying, crime, violence, abstinence, internet safety, etc.)
