It has been my privilege and honor over the past several years to be involved in the lives of Mike and Julie Lessila, on a professional and personal level. The time invested has been one of the most rewarding experiences I’ve known, mainly due to the teachable spirit that Mike & Julie bring to everything they do. Humble and willing to learn and grow, Mike & Julie have challenged and inspired me along the way, and the mutual respect we’ve developed will last a lifetime.

On a professional level, it has been incredible to witness the way Mike & Julie have launched their real estate sales, building a dynamic team that is healthy and strong. Their focus on real estate goes way beyond sales, and also includes investment, rehab, and flips - that provide multiple streams of revenue for their family. In a relatively short period of time, the Lessila’s have created a clear vision, established a specific plan of action, and have remained focused on developing their business specialization in a manner that serves their clientele with excellence. They have become recognized as leaders in our marketplace.

On a personal level, Vicky and I are proud to know Mike & Julie as friends. We greatly admire the fine way they honor their priorities, respect others, and hold fast to their core values, as they continue to grow more deeply in love as a couple.
