Get to Know | Mikayle Messer
Mikayla is one of the newer faces at our Brookfield front desk and was referred by Dana Keegan and her daughter, Bella! She is always welcoming visitors with a bright smile and an eagerness to help. In just a few short months, Mikayla has made a home for herself amongst our community and she is growing her skillset each day. She is always willing to take on a challenge and learn new skills. Mikayla has become an integral part of your front desk support team and we are so grateful to have her with us.
Outside of Realty Executives Integrity, Mikayla is a freshman at UWMilwaukee majoring in Architecture and Urban Planning. With a love for buildings, the history of their architecture and how they have come in and out of popularity…real estate was a natural fit. With her degree, Mikayla plans to pursue a career in either residential architecture helping people build the homes of their dreams or working on building restorations.

When not working or having her nose in a book, Mikayla enjoys relaxing with a few episodes of Grey’s Anatomy…her current obsession! She also loves to spend time with her pet bunny, Timothee. Her beloved bunny might be named after the actor with the same unique spelling, but she will neither confirm nor deny that fact. When she’s not playing fetch with her bunny, Mikayla spends time exploring the city with her friends.
Mikayla has 3 siblings, an older brother, Marcus 21, and two younger sisters, Madisyn 13 and Abigail 3, whom she lobbied the family to name “microwave” (thankfully she was unsuccessful in that quest). Fun fact: Mikayla is TERRIFIED of butterflies. Her first encounter was when she was a kid, at the public museum’s butterfly exhibit. She was the child running full sprint through the exhibit crying and looking for the exit. Thankfully, she can laugh at the moment now, but isn’t encouraging any butterfly related gifts to come her way!

WHY REALTY EXECUTIVES
““I initially started at Realty Executives Integrity for the same reason we all start new jobs - the convenience. It was close to home and to the college that
I am attending, but in the short time I have worked here, it has grown into so much more than just a job. The Realty Executives Integrity team has turned into my family. I love coming into work because of the people - the family - that I work with. The gratefulness, compassion, and understanding that I see from those in leadership positions here is unprecedented. It has given me room to grow and learn without feeling the daunting pressure of perfection from my superiors. So, this has become more than just a job; this has become an opportunity to grow as a professional alongside my family.” 5
