LET’S REACH YOUR GOALS!

Remember those goals? The year is 2021, let’s do this!

For the past few months we have talked about goals and planning for 2021, in business and in life. 2021 is now here and it’s time to put that planning and those goals into action! Each year, we always have the best intentions right? It’s easy to let those intentions go as the days, weeks and months pass by. What are YOU going to do to hold yourself accountable to those goals?

I always say, the system is the solution. The system to help you reach your goals is the solution.

Find a partner in the business or a partner in life to help!

But remember, in order for them to help they need to know what your goals are. You’ve written them down right? Now it’s time to share them!

Schedule a day of the week for a regular check-in with your accountability partner. If it’s part of your weekly routine it becomes normal and won’t be forgotten.

Track where you are at with your goals. If you want to earn a certain amount or have a certain number of closings… track it! Break it down by quarters, it’s an easier reach! As Brian Buffini says “Don’t focus on the mountain; focus on the step” Put together a daily to do list and check the items off as you complete them. This is huge, because not only does it hold you accountable, but it shows your successes! Keep a running list for the year, you will be amazed at everything you checked off!

Recap your day and make notes about things that need to be on your to do list for the following day. This can help clear your mind before going to sleep!

Work with a member of the Leadership Team to put together YOUR Path to Mastery. We can help with the steps to help you reach your goals!

As you work through 2021 it’s important to CELEBRATE your successes and we’ll be there cheering you on along the way!

Rich was also the Broker Owner of the largest Realty Executives Brokerage in the world, with over 1,200 agents. Dale connected with Rich during one of our Realty Executives International Conferences. It was during that trip, that Rich shared the Dinner of Honor concept with Dale. Bringing quality agents to our Brokerage has always been important to us and Dale asked Rich to share a little about how he brought so many quality agents to his brokerage. The answer was simple…. You GET quality Sales Executives FROM quality Sales Executives. Rich went on to further explain the concept of the Dinner of Honor. You invite your Sales Executives to a dinner where you can honor and pour into them. Encourage them to invite a guest in the industry to join them for dinner and spend the evening sharing a meal, telling stories, laughing and honoring one another. Rich shared, it’s a great way for others to see who we are and the why behind everything we do. We immediately made plans to create our own version of the Dinner of Honor. Our very first Dinner of Honor was held in 2017 at Maggiano’s and three years later they are stronger than ever. We’ve added our little touches along the way. Sometimes there’s live music, sometimes there are games with prizes, sometimes there are spouses there that also get honored. One thing remains the same though… we get to continue honoring our current Sales Executives while having a great meal and great conversation!
