Ask yourself what brings the most satisfaction in your past transactions…is it first time buyers? Is it seniors? Is it new construction? You get the idea. Once you have gone through that exercise, then spend some time looking at other agents who specialize in the niche you picked. Then learn everything about it and brand yourself as the expert in that field. You won’t lose your data base clients. They will respect you even more for being not only a jack of all trades but a master of a niche business!“
