Adam Zastrow: Husband, Father, Friend, Artist, Musician, Leader, Advocate, Counselor, Team Builder When you spend any amount of time with Adam Zastrow, and pay attention to his approach to relationships, you will learn that he is an excellent listener. More than anyone I know, Adam listens well. In today’s world, that is so refreshing!

I’ve also learned, if you want the full benefit of knowing Adam, you need to invite him to speak, by asking good questions.

In fact, I’ve learned to go beyond inviting, and have moved towards encouraging, urging, and borderline cajoling him to share his insights. When Adam opens-up freely, what I have found is a treasure trove of wisdom, interesting thoughts, and deep heartfelt love and concerns for those he loves and serves so well. Adam has taken “advocacy” to new levels at Realty Executives Integrity. In the past year, his oversight in the area of Recruiting, Retaining, and helping our Sales Executives to reach their utmost potential has been incredible. What we call our “3 Rs” that is the heartbeat of Realty Executives Integrity, is something Adam does very well. His efforts have dramatically changed the core of our company, for the better. Adam freely lays down his life for others.

An increasing number of our Sales Executives are engaging Adam and supporting his efforts to bring quality people to our company. For those of you who know Adam well, you are smiling right now and celebrating the recognition that he rightly deserves and has received by the honor of a Cover Feature. “FINISH WELL”

As we near the end of summer and head into the final stretch of 2020, I’m reminded of what my Sons call “some of the best advice I ever gave them”. We often talk about starting the new year with a bang, which of course is important. But, what I tried to instill in Aaron & Adam was it’s far more important to “FINISH WELL”.

They followed this advice during the school year, making sure they didn’t slack off towards the end of the school year (which is easy to do). They used this advice on the tennis court, especially when they got down early in a match; and found it didn’t matter, if they didn’t give up and finished well.

My Dad lived this concept to the fullest. On his final day on earth, he spent the morning coaching a new agent with her business plan, shared the afternoon caring for a quadriplegic friend of his, and that evening he visited the county jail to minister to inmates who were down on their luck. Later that evening, at 84 years of age, his heart gave out, and he left this earth a better place to live. He finished well!

And so, what about YOU? How will you finish well in 2020? In business it takes maintaining your momentum and remaining focused. What has brought you the most success this year? Now, do more of that! In life, it means finding ways to serve others in a manner that brings fulfillment for you, and dramatic life change for them.

In every situation it requires being intentional about the process. Let me know how I can help you to finish this year with excellence!

GET TO KNOW | ROBIN MERATH The moment you set foot into our Lake Country office you are sure to be greeted with a warm smile and a joyful welcome. Support with a smile isn’t just a hope at Realty Executives Integrity, it is the way of life for our team and Robin lives and breathes this as the anchor of our Lake Country office.

Robin is an incredible member of our front desk support team and we are so lucky to have her! We have realized that finding amazing talent comes through referrals and Robin was referred to us by one of our very own, Gina Dingman.

Quickly finding her groove in real estate support was not a new venture for her.

Prior to staying home with her daughter, Robin worked alongside several top agents in the industry to support their business and when the opportunity was presented to her she was excited to continue that passion.

Robin is always excited to learn something new, has a desire to make a task more efficient and is not afraid to ask questions. Stepping into our Lake Country office allowed Robin to get to know many new faces and support them in their business.

Helping the Executives with marketing items, learning PrimeAgent and making sure their paperwork is all taken care of is what she is best at! These are the qualities and positive attitude that help make her successful when serving our Sales Executives and their clients.

When she is not serving others at Realty Executives Integrity, you’ll find her spending time with her family; whether that is at home or up north. She and her husband Jason have three daughters; Casey, Kirstyn, & Maddie and a dog named Rocky. For Robin, it is the simple things in life that mean the most to her. The memories she creates with her family are priceless!

17 Year Anniversary 1. What has been the most beneficial aspect of being with the Realty Executives Integrity Brand?

The most beneficial aspect of being with Realty Executives Integrity is because I am surrounded by trusted professionals that I know are always here to help me when I need it most. Working as a Top Producer can be very stressful but I always have experienced agents and superior staff to look up to for support, and this is why I have been here over 17 years.

2. What have you learned that is the most beneficial to your business over the last 17 years?

I have learned how valuable it is to my business to continue to educate myself. Realty Executives Integrity offers an abundance of education, trainings, systems and tools that have helped me become the Top Producer I am today.

3. What do you love most about being a real estate agent?

I love being a RealtorÂŽ because I enjoy meeting different people every week. I especially enjoy keeping in touch with my buyers and sellers and being able to help them find another home for their second, third, fourth or fifth time.

Rich was also the Broker Owner of the largest Realty Executives Brokerage in the world, with over 1,200 agents. Dale connected with Rich during one of our Realty Executives International Conferences. It was during that trip, that Rich shared the Dinner of Honor concept with Dale. Bringing quality agents to our Brokerage has always been important to us and Dale asked Rich to share a little about how he brought so many quality agents to his brokerage. The answer was simple…. You GET quality Sales Executives FROM quality Sales Executives. Rich went on to further explain the concept of the Dinner of Honor. You invite your Sales Executives to a dinner where you can honor and pour into them. Encourage them to invite a guest in the industry to join them for dinner and spend the evening sharing a meal, telling stories, laughing and honoring one another. Rich shared, it’s a great way for others to see who we are and the why behind everything we do. We immediately made plans to create our own version of the Dinner of Honor. Our very first Dinner of Honor was held in 2017 at Maggiano’s and three years later they are stronger than ever. We’ve added our little touches along the way. Sometimes there’s live music, sometimes there are games with prizes, sometimes there are spouses there that also get honored. One thing remains the same though… we get to continue honoring our current Sales Executives while having a great meal and great conversation! As a result of these special evenings, many Dinner of Honor guests have made the decision to join our Realty Executives family and we have been thrilled.
