With over 40 years in the real estate, there isn’t much that John Behrens hasn’t seen in this industry. “I love to be a solution finder, not a problem solver” notes John. The uniqueness that each transaction brings is what excites me most. There are no two clients or closings alike and I love that aspect of every day. With his wife Susan, the Behrens Group brings a vast knowledge and experience to every transaction.

Working hard and playing hard is a way of life for John. Through real estate, John discovered a passion for investing and rehabbing homes. He enjoys assisting his peers through “tricky” transactions or providing a direction when a deal takes an unexpected turn. Celebrating 3 decades with Realty Executives Integrity, John is a staple of the Lake Country office community and always quick to share an Irish joke with you.

When not in the field, he enjoys spending time connecting with people and exploring the outdoor opportunities this state has to offer. An avid dog lover, John enjoys walks in the woods with his beloved pooches and wife Susan.
