HIGHER EDUCATION Founded in 1982, Rey de la Reza Architects (RDLR) is a Houston-based, MBE/SBE-certified firm with more than 40 years of experience designing inspiring higher education environments. We believe thoughtful design enhances learning, collaboration, and student success while preparing the next generation of leaders. Our portfolio includes academic buildings, workforce training facilities, simulation and technology-rich learning environments, libraries, student support spaces, administrative facilities, and campus renovations. We create flexible, student-centered campuses that encourage collaboration, innovation, and engagement beyond the classroom. Every project is shaped by the institution’s mission, culture, and long-term goals, resulting in spaces that strengthen campus identity, foster community, and support evolving educational needs.
