Getting started Firstly, register your account online at gm.TheRegistryCollection.com which will enable you to search for your dream escape and see live availability. To register, simply select your home property from the drop-down list of resorts to be directed to the ‘Register Your Account’ page. Once you’ve completed the required fields within the registration form, you will receive an email asking you to activate your account by clicking on the verification link. Once complete, you’re ready to login to your account and start planning your next trip.

How does the Exchange process work? To facilitate your exchange, your week in The Registry Collection® programme will have a value in “Levels” within the exchange programme. The level assigned to your holiday Time (Week) will be based upon factors solely determined by The Registry Collection programme, including the location, the demand for holiday Time, seasonality and the number of bedrooms. Exchanging is really simple. The programme allows you to exchange your deposited Week in two ways: One-for-one Exchange As long as your chosen holiday has an equal or lower Level value to your deposit Week, you can simply exchange and travel. Combined Exchange If the Level of your desired holiday has a greater value than that of your deposited Week, you can combine two of your deposited Weeks to accumulate the value required to book.
How to begin Exchanging Call the Registry Collection Call The Registry Collection programme and a Reservation Consultant will validate your tier of ownership with Vidanta, advise the value of your ownership within The Registry Collection programme and help you search for your desired Exchange holiday Select Resort and accommodation Be sure your annual member dues for The Registry Collection programme are paid through the requested reservation dates. Your annual maintenance fees must be paid to Vidanta to confirm an Exchange holiday. All reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability. Confirm your Exchange Once you decide to make a reservation, simply confirm and pay a reservation fee to complete your reservation. Once you’ve found your idyllic escape using the search filters under ‘Browse The Collection’, you can use the Levels on your account to book. Here’s how: 1. Once you have your Levels assigned to your account, you should click on the Exchange Grid link at the bottom of the website home page 2. Ensure that the accommodation you select is of equal or lower Level value that than of your deposited Week 3. Once you’ve decided, you can ‘hold’ your holiday to ensure it’s saved just for you! 4.
