ABOUT THE BRAND QOSNY is a New York based luxury fashion house that was founded in 2017 by Folake Oyemade and Sally Oyemade. The Oyemade family has a rich history of garment design and production. The family’s extensive experience of garment manufacturing, combined with their elegant inspired designs, with some Afrocentric understone led to the conception of the QOSNY boutique. The QOSNY brand offers trendy urban clothing for the everyday individual who embraces their inner royalty. Since launching, the brand has developed an undisputed reputation for innovation, quality and luxury.

TREND ANALYSIS There is a growing amount of evidence that suggests that Afro centric fashion is growing in popularity in the USA. In recent years there has been a boost in the popularity of African and afro centric fashion, due to global demand and discussions. Furthermore, there is a lot of potential in this billion dollar market. The popularity of afro centric fashions has caught the eyes of many international personalities including Beyonce, Michelle Obama, Rihanna, and Thandie Newton.
