Overflow Radio is a web based hip-hop blog with live stream video/Radio shows weekly. Overflow Radio staff also attends, covers and host hip-hop, battle rap and model events live. We have covered everything from Queen of the ring, Block city battles, SMACK/URL, and even Rhymes & dimes Magazine, all in different capacities and within different guidelines. Overflow Radio has been in operation for approximately 1 year and has interviewed lots of artist and promoted many more. This document is a submission to cover your event as press and provide fans with a firsthand view of the event which intern will be promoting your brand/company OUR STAFF

Overflow radio has access to our own microphones, lighting, mixers and video devices to broadcast live from any location. In most circumstances or staff only requires power and internet access. OPTION 1 – SPONTANEOUS CROWD INTERVIEWS

This is the most basic form of event interviews we provided. Using similar method to the ones used by hip-hop blogs , battle Radio, DVD’s and Magazines alike. Usually very little is required when doing the types of interviews, Ideally the ability to access the venue with a video camera and a microphone is required. OPTION 2 - BACKSTAGE INTERVIEWS

Backstage interviews is our second standard level interview option, in this option we usually have a set location behind the scenes either with a couch and/or table where we can interview artist before and after their performance. Ideally couches and tables are provided by the venue and we bring the required equipment to capture the footage. OPTION 3 - LIVE ON FLOOR INTERVIEWS
Recorded / live streamed
In this option we use lighting and tripods which create a 10.ft x 15.ft interview area in VIP where artist and crew members can conduct full interviews live on Ustream. Overflow Radio requires internet access and a designated location in your event VIP space to set up our equipment. This option brings another dimension to your event and literally livens up the VIP area. Viewers will have the inside scoop on what happened at the event without actually viewing the event itself. OPTION 4 – EVENT HOSTING
