COVID Testing Drop Box Locations
Per Rutgers University policy, and in accordance with state and federal guidelines, all faculty, staff, and students on-campus at least once a week during the Spring 2021 semester will be required to submit a Weekly COVID-19 Test Kit to the University. Self-administered saliva test kits must be submitted weekly, and weeks cannot be skipped. The test kit drop-box locations nearest to our RBS buildings:

Newark Campus: • Ruth Bader Ginsburg Hall, 15 Washington Street, (Open 24 hours).
Test Kits are collected from this location, Monday through Friday, at 9:30 am and 12 noon. Livingston Campus: • Busch/Livingston Health Center, 110 Hospital Road, Piscataway (Right around the corner from RBS-NB) • The Livingston Student Center, 84 Joyce Kilmer Ave, Piscataway (Accessible 24 hours with Rutgers ID
Card)
Test Kits are collected from Livingston locations daily before 3pm Monday through Thursdays, and
Fridays before 1pm.
Any RBS staff member who has physically been on campus, or inside any Rutgers building, and tested positive for COVID-19, must contact the Rutgers University Occupational Health Office directly to report the case and seek guidance. The Occupational Health office will then evaluate these individuals and the risk of exposure to others in accordance with the NJ Department of Health and CDC Risk Assessment Guidelines. As appropriate, Occupational Health will speak to those who are deemed to be close contacts of the individual and potentially at risk. COVID-19 Test Kit Vending Machines

The site also contains lots of other useful information and helpful links regarding Rutgers Universitywide strategy to combat the pandemic, repopulate the campus safely, its testing strategy and how it is working closely with federal and state vaccination programs in the hope of implementing its own inoculation program as soon as possible.
