A NOTE THE FROM EDITOR After 2025’s record-breaking year, it would be impossible to not be excited for PRINTING United 2026, held September 23-25 in Las Vegas. Last year, there were over 30,000 registered attendees, more than 800 exhibiting companies across all industry market segments, 4.7 million pounds of equipment on the show floor, and more than 100 countries represented.

There were hundreds of new product launches (including global debuts), more than 100 educational sessions and presentations (I was honored to participate in one as the moderator of a very informative panel), and nearly 60 participating media outlets and association partners from around the world. As the editor of Mailing Systems Technology, it was incredibly professionally rewarding to attend the exclusive pre-show Media Day event with other top global media outlets. The entire show was packed with enthusiasm and innovation from start to finish. It’s no wonder that as the 2025 event closed, 65% of the show floor was already sold for the 2026 expo.
