3. Residential Proof: In addition to the PAN card and identity proof, a residential proof must be submitted during the company registration process. As applicable for the above documents, the residential proof must also have the name of the director and shareholder as mentioned on the PAN Card. Mobile bill, bank statement, electricity bill and telephone bill are acceptable residential proof.

4. DIN of Director: This is required in case the proposed director is having DIN already or is associated with any other company.

5. Passport size Photograph: It is mandatory to submit a Passport size Photograph of Director and Shareholder.

6. Email ID and Phone Number: Lastly, Email ID and Phone number of the Director and Shareholder are necessary for the incorporation process.

In addition to the above, the following documents must also be provided as proof to the registered office: ● ●

Landlord NOC Proof of any utility service like electricity and water bill (Document should not be older than two months)
