DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Most of our products are printed on 100% FSC certified paper (the rating for the most environmentally friendly papers). We print and assemble all items in the USA, using mostly local vendors.

All opening orders are credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Orders are charged when production begins. Shipping costs are charged at time of shipment and will be included on the final invoice. Established customers with a proven payment history may qualify for Net 30 terms.

Turnaround time is typically 5-7 days. During trade show season, shipping times may vary. Most items are shipped from Alabama via FedEx service (Shipping costs up to 10% of order). Cups are shipped separately from Texas (Shipping costs up to 20% of order).

Occasionally certain products may be out of stock. You will be notified that these items will ship separately and once the item is back in stock it will ship out immediately unless otherwise noted.

All orders are printed especially for each customer. Therefore, all orders are considered a “custom” order and can only be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order via phone or email to orders@rosannebeck.com. ASAP orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

All orders are produced at the customer's request. We only accept returns in the event of defective stock or shipping error. In this case, we must be notified within 5 working days of receipt. A return authorization will be produced. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.
