Available in White, Black or Brown to providing discreet eaves ventilation within the soffit boards. This easily installed unit provides eaves ventilation in new build or re-roofing applications, to allow conforming the BS5250 (Control of Condensation).
Eaves Filler Comb is to be used to prevent birds and vermin from entering the batten cavity, when profiled roofing coverings are installed.

HANDED VERGE
Our Handed Verge is designed to provide a mortar free and secure method of fixing concrete interlocking verge tiles that gives a cleaner line application.
It provides a consistent appearance that requires no maintenance. The product must use the Starter at the Eaves and also comes with compatible Half Round or Angles Block Ends.
The system is available in four colours to blend in with the roof line and fits concrete interlocking tiles, between 260 – 350mm batten gauge.

Ulti-Tile Vent Tiles are a neat, cleverly designed inline range suitable for the most popular concrete interlocking roof tiles, with a minimum pitch of 20˚.
Ulti-Tile Vent Tiles are available in 6 profiles: TLE, Flat, Double Pantile, Double Roman and Square Top
The built-in downpipe allows direct ventilation path into the roof space if required. It can also be used as a terminal for soil and ventilation pipes and mechanical extraction systems. When used for extraction with a Flexipipe no adapter is required.
It is available in up to 6 Colours to best match the main roof material.

PEEP VENTS
Peep Vents are a designed solution to assist cavity wall drainage. The Weep has a mortar key manufactured in place to ensure adhesion to the brick work and an external rib to assist in its positioning.
The rib encircles 1 62mm high opening to stop mortar blockage from the cavity. The Weep’s hood when installed “peeps” out from the brick fascia and is designed to
protect against blockage when installed, this the stops any driven rain penetration.
The exit hole is large enough for water drainage but small enough to prevent entry of large insects.
The product is available in 5 Colours and its dimensions are 119mm x 60mm.
