The auction clearance rate of property sold by RWTE is currently sitting at 85% for this financial year, in comparison to 75% for the 21/22 financial year. This is a significant uplift, with agent experience across all types of campaigns paying dividends for clients choosing to sell with our team. The method of sale has become more commonplace following the pandemic, with vendors and buyers becoming more comfortable and confident with the auction process. RWTE agents are conducting more auction campaigns now than they were as little as a year ago, with many properties achieving prices well above suburb median values and vendor expectations.
