The establishment of our training academy

 N ew Managements Pipeline developed to track prospective business  I ntroduction of bi-weekly one on ones with each POD  I ntroduction of weekly portfolio health check

Introduction of team bonuses for new business

 N o blame no stupid questions culture  A ll processes and procedures over the past year have either been improved or redesigned to ensure best possible service to our clients and customers

Introduction of the POD system The whole team has worked together to develop and implement training workflows for new starters and support staff which removes the burden of time consuming base level training from senior property managers.

 R edundancy planning for illness, annual leave and maternity leave  I n close liaison with Leteicha Wilson from head office we were able to introduce cost effective universal training with Ray White and Cirrus8 to help not only our own team but other PM teams throughout all of Ray White Commercial network  R enewal of contract with MBRC
