Site Description:

The site forms an irregular hatchett shaped block fronting and accessed via the newly constructed and upgraded Frizzo Connection Road at the Eastern boundary of the property. The property which is cleared, grassed and free draining with a completed feature lake which forms part of the future approved development.

Topography and Stormwater:

The site presents as a cleared and grassed parcel shaped for free draining with a feature lake having been completed in line with the development approval to benefit the incoming buyer.
