COMPLETION OF AUCTION DOCUMENTATION
Please note: Any intending bidder is required to execute the Auction Terms and Conditions Form and Bidder Registration Form and provide to the agents prior to the Auction.
(ANNEXURE A & B)
If buying in a personal name
Buyer (as per the Bidders Registration Form) to sign the contract post auction.
If buying in a company name
The contract is to be signed by (when the common seal is not used and where a company has more than one director) at least two directors or a director and a secretary of a company or by an individual acting with the company’s authority on behalf of the company.
The seller requires to view a copy of the current ASIC organisational search on the corporate Buyer or evidence of the authority to sign on behalf of the corporate Buyer.
If buying in a Trust
The sellers require to view the trust deed creating the trust and any other relevant documents (e.g. a deed to amend the trust document, retirement or removal of the trustee and appointment of a new trustee, etc.) If buying as the trustee’s capacity.
The successful bidder would be required to present the trust deed and/or
ASIC organisational search post auction.
Special Conditions
The property is offered for sale subject to the Special Conditions contained in the Contract of Sale.
