OUR MISSION

To foster a “Get Outside and Play” culture that encourages people of all ages, cultures and abilities to actively connect with country and community.

 This mission is more than a slogan. It underpins every decision we make across the Hidden Valley precinct. From the shape of our trails to the design of our community garden, we are focused on creating spaces that invite movement, exploration, connection, and joy, all under the stewardship of our Indigenous Rangers.

HOW WE DELIVER ON THE MISSION

Rural Residential Community

 The heart of Hidden Valley is its people. Our residential precincts provide generous lifestyle lots that enable families to live active, outdoor-focused lives. The 39 lots in the first two stages have already sold out, with more than 70 people now calling Hidden Valley home. Stage 3 will see another 31 lots completed.

Located ten minutes from Airlie Beach and Proserpine, the easy access to schools, shops, and all the modern conveniences means Hidden Valley is “close enough but far enough” to provide true country living without compromise.

COMMUNITY & CULTURAL GARDEN

Opposite the Marlow release, a 15-acre site is being transformed into a hub of culture, connection, and horticultural learning.

 More than a place to grow food, it is a space for shared learning, storytelling, hands-on conservation, and deep reconnection with the land. The Garden reflects our values of collaboration, curiosity, and shared joy.

TWIN CREEKS INDIGENOUS RANGER PROGRAM

Run in partnership with the Gia Ngaro Traditional Owners and supported by the Australian Government, our Indigenous Ranger Program is the first of its kind in the Whitsundays. Acres of privately protected rainforest that adjoins Conway National Park.

The Rangers are:

 Protecting and restoring landscapes across Hidden Valley

 Shaping and maintaining The Garden

 Leading educational workshops and cultural walks

 Building skills in land management, horticulture, and tourism

 The Rangers connect us to the stories of this land and the intergenerational knowledge that will ensure all development respects Country. As Hidden Valley grows, our Ranger Program will grow with it—creating meaningful careers, fostering community engagement and inspiring the next generation of cultural leaders and land carers.

MOUNTAIN BIKING & WALKING TRAILS

In collaboration with Contour Works, construction has begun on a 40km trail network designed to cater to all skill levels, including:

 Adaptive trails for wheelchairs and hand-cycles

 Green-rated loops for beginners

 Blue and black trails for more advanced riders

 A progressive jump park and skills hub near the trailhead

These trails turn Hidden Valley into a true thousand-acre playground. Whether you’re hiking to a waterfall, riding with your kids, or racing through rainforest gullies, the trails give everyone an opportunity to move, explore, and play.

These trails will also serve as a platform for future regional competitions and events, helping put the Whitsundays on the national mainland adventure tourism map.
