AURA BUSINESS PARK WEEKLY REPORT WEEK 17 2022

MARKET UPDATE We are excited to announce that the swim school in Aura Business Park now has their branding up which is now another element to establishing the business park as a onestop-shop for the local community. The development is scheduled to open in 2023 which is going to further draw more traffic into the business park and increase business opportunities for local business owners.

SALES UPDATE The last remaining unit in 14 Strong St, Baringa has now been placed under offer.

The development is earmarked to start construction early May which will see 9 units built, all sold to owner occupiers.

LEASING UPDATE Inspections in Aura for leasing stock has increased significantly with 2 offers currently in play & more feedback expected to come through over the next week or so. With limited stock and majority that are available representing 200-350m2 = $30k - $50k.
