The Ray White NCG team ran a successful development sales campaign that had all units sold prior to completion, the buyer that purchased unit 6 originally was needing the space however their requirements changed & engaged the team to find them a tenant. The team was able to secure a tenant a new record lease rate for the park for the industrial non arterial road exposure sites. With similar neighbouring units representing the same size warehouse however cheaper & our team was able to secure a tenant prior.
