PIVOTING DIRECTION TO SECURE A BUYER The last rear unit left for sale in the development at 13-15 Packer Road has now been sold! This unit featured a large amount of mezzanine; however, the disproportionate oversupply of mezzanine to floor area narrowed the potentially suitable audience. Our team turned to our database and approached tenants we knew had their lease expiries coming up over the next few months to see if they would consider purchasing. It was through this we learned that one such tenant was looking to expand their business and required additional space. Once an agreement was secured for a third party to take over the remainder of their existing lease, they purchased the unit on Packer Road.
