We approached the owner to sell the properties. They were initially reluctant as they were receiving strong income on the properties, but we were able to negotiate an outcome that complimented both parties. There were numerous steps in achieving the positive outcome requiring board approval, council approval and additional building approvals. Christine Freney stated, “The building will be refurbished in time to commence the school term in July 2021 which was the end goal.”
