It’s been a year of growth, connection and new experiences, and we couldn’t have done it without your continued support and participation.

I am excited to share that the expansion of the Raymore Activity Center at Recreation Park has been completed! The expansion has doubled the size of our facility to allow for even more year-round programs and events and includes:

I challenge you to try new things in 2025! Take a walk at Recreation Park, stop by one of our fun community events, play in a sports league or even visit the RAC for some pickup basketball. Get out there and play more in Raymore.

Park Board Meetings The Raymore Parks and Recreation Board hosts monthly meetings on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 6 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers.

The mission of the Raymore Parks and Recreation Board is to be fiscally responsible in maintaining and expanding land, facilities and programs. We also strive to provide diverse recreation programs and a range of parks and green space accessible to all citizens of Raymore.

The City of Raymore’s annual Easter Festival is on April 8! Check out page 12 for more information.
