Foothills Aquatics Center
One of our aquatics centers, Rose Lane, has new amenities to include more of our population that we want to tell residents about. In the past year and a half, the facility has improved infrastructure, which includes two new chair lifts that are self-operated and greater weight capacity, as well as a remodeled entryway. The former entrance to the facility was single payment window which lead to a narrow passage; the reconstructed entryway means more customers can be serviced at once, so all types of patrons can enter the facility without delay along with a smoother traffic flow overall. The facility was originally built in 1966, with the last major remodel in 2005, so improvements of this nature are necessary to remain responsive to all customers’ needs.

We also want to take this opportunity to remind you about the important safety messages and rules for our facilities. Please help us keep the safest, cleanest environment for all users by following the rules. One of the most important of these rules is refrain from using the pool if you or your child are sick. You’ll see a fun take on the rules of the pool on page 12, make sure to check it out and go over these rules with your family, too.
