2021-2022 Annual Report of Gifts

MESSAGE FROM THE HEAD OF SCHOOL

I am very proud to share with you the 2021-22 Annual Report. This year was a wonderful year for rebuilding connections with our community and planning for our future. We were overjoyed to return to an in-person Gala event this spring and to host many other inperson events throughout the school year.

Our community also showed their unwavering support this year through 100% participation in our Rawson Saunders Annual Fund. We are able to see the direct impact of this support through campus improvements like a new awning, new classroom furniture, new flooring, and more.

Our annual report is evidence that we are all taking steps forward every day towards our goal of rewriting the future of dyslexia education. Thank you to our community for continually going above and beyond for the benefit of our children.

With deepest gratitude,

AUSTIN FC

Thank you to the RS staff and parents who volunteered at "The Austin Table" concession stand at the Austin FC events for the 2021 season. Special thanks to Teryl and Tony Booth, and Parent Ambassadors Melissa Sela, Kate Carr, and Mumtaz Tyabji for their leadership in this Austin FC partnership. We appreciate all the many hours of hard work from all of our volunteers!

TO THE MAX FUND

The To the Max Fund was established by alumni parents Melanie Engerski and Andrew Craig to show their gratitude to the RS faculty for the success of their son Max Craig, class of '21. Each year, the fund is used to treat the entire faculty and staff to a catered lunch from a local food vendor. This year, faculty and staff enjoyed TacoMan 512 with Melanie, Andrew, and Max during teacher inservice week. This is the last year in a five year giving program.
