ABOUT ME

I am a 28-year-old pastry enthusiast whose life revolves around flour, sugar, and lots of chocolates. I have been enjoying baking since childhood but it was only in 2013 when I decided to take my pastry passion to a professional level

My dessert philosophy is reflected on my life principles- simple but there's something unusual about it, something which has not yet been tried or thought of before. With this philosophy, I have been successful in bringing something new and unique to the table for the people in my hometown where the idea of fine desserts and chocolates has just started to be appreciated. I have always believed people's taste keep changing and we as chefs need to adopt and make tweaks in our style accordingly without compromising on the basic principles of creating a well-balanced dessert.
