Yes, Ravenna has been named a top-100 residential golf course for 10 years running. But it was also 50 million years in the making, providing golfers with an awe-inspiring backdrop of ancient cliffs, monoliths and the occasional mule deer passing by.

Members enjoy a year-round social calendar of events for all ages and interests, including weekly live music nights, holiday traditions, wine dinners, family events, private parties and more. Collaborating with his passionate team, Executive Chef David Lazarus creates palate-pleasing menus from five-course wine dinners to casual fare with fresh, weekly menus and regular favorites. You’ll find his gourmet touch in delectable dishes at Dante’s Grille, and the clubhouse kitchen, where cuisine is served with a smile.

Welcome to La Bella Vita, This 11,000-square foot facility features the absolute best-of-the-best in strength and conditioning equipment, classes in bright and airy studio spaces, and friendly professionals ready to guide you on your path to better living. Enjoy live music at the performance pavilion, watch the stars come out from the Sunset Terrace, or warm up with friends by the firepit.

The new Clubhouse is the place to go for dinner with the family, to meet for happy hour, watch a game on the big screen, or simply take in the views from the 19th hole. The Junior Membership is for individuals ages 22-42. This family membership is limited to 40 members and is Waitlist only. $65,000 nonrefundable initiation fee and interest-free financing ($25k down and yearly payments based on the number of years untill age 42) Dues are $720 per month Club charging privileges Tee times are 3 days in advance Family members are able to participate in golf and social events Eligible to participate in club-sanctioned golf tournaments Dues will change to the standard dues rate when the member reaches age 42 Annual food minimum: $1200 March 1 to February 28

Q. WHAT IS RAVENNA? A. Ravenna is a charming custom home village in Littleton, Colorado, nestled among the rolling hills and red rock outcroppings of the Dakota Hogback, Waterton Canyon, the South Platte River, and a world-class golf course. Here, you can buy or build the custom home you’ve always wanted, while enjoying all the amenities of a well-established and approachable community.

Ravenna feels like a retreat, but is minutes from life’s daily conveniences, entertainment experiences and outdoor adventures.

Q. WHO IS RAVENNA’S GOLF COURSE ARCHITECT? A. Jay Morrish, voted Architect of the Year by Golf World Magazine in 1996 (and a Colorado native), chose Ravenna to be his final golf course design. His projects included the Boulders Golf Club, Forest Highlands, TPC of Scottsdale, Troon North-Monument Course in Arizona, Castle Pines Golf Club, River Valley Ranch, and Las Colinas Sports Club in Texas.

He had two private courses in 2007’s Golf Digest Top 100 private club designs: Double Eagle in Ohio and Loch Lomond in Scotland.

Q. WHERE IS RAVENNA LOCATED? A. Ravenna is situated in southwest metropolitan Denver, just south of Chatfield Reservoir and near Waterton Canyon. Pike National Forest is immediately west of the community. Ravenna is just under 30 minutes from downtown Denver and Cherry Creek North, 15 minutes from Park Meadows Mall, and less than 20 minutes from the Denver Tech Center.

Q. WHO OWNS AND OPERATES THE CLUB AT RAVENNA? A. Lazarus Investments owns River Canyon Real Estate Investments, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company doing business as The Club at Ravenna.

Q. WHAT FACILITIES DOES THE CLUB OFFER? A. The facilities at The Club at Ravenna include: An eighteen-hole golf course designed by Jay Morrish.

Golf practice facilities including a practice range, putting green, and chipping area.

La Bella Vita, a 11,000-sq. ft. fitness facility and swimming pool.

A clubhouse campus, which include dining facilities, golf shop, and men’s and women’s locker room facilities.

Q. W ILL MY FAMILY MEMBERS BE WELCOME AT THE CLUB? A. E ach membership in the Club is a family membership, which includes full privileges for spouses and unmarried children under the age of 26 who are living at home, attending school on a full-time basis, or serving in the military.

Q. WHAT ARE THE PROCEDURES TO APPLY FOR MEMBERSHIP? A. M embership at The Club at Ravenna is by invitation only. Applicants desiring a membership must comply with all of the following requirements:

Q. H OW IS THE MEMBERSHIP DEPOSIT PAYABLE?

Attend a mandatory Member Orientation.

A. T he required membership fee will be the amount charged on the date the applicant submits his/her Membership Agreement to the Club. The membership fee shall be due in full unless the applicant chooses a payment plan provided in a member’s Membership Agreement. The membership fee required by the Club shall change from time to time, and therefore, the membership fee required for a membership in the future may be increased as determined by the Club.

Q. H OW ARE DUES ESTABLISHED? A. T he Club shall establish dues to be paid monthly by each member and Corporate designee at The Club at Ravenna. In order to add and properly maintain quality in club facilities and services, dues and other fees will be based on member demand, market conditions and other pertinent factors. Dues are subject to change from time to time at the sole discretion of the Club.
