Housing plays an important role in a student’s life. Whether it’s a traditional residence hall, apartmentlike spaces or housing for Greek organizations, quality living spaces are a key factor in a potential student’s school selection. Students are demanding increased amenities like improved individual privacy, group study, recreation rooms, fitness centers and student services spaces. In all RATIO’s designs for various types of student housing, the unique needs of each student group are met and a sense of community is fostered.
