GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
The following terms and conditions apply to all our international sales. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and fully accepted these general terms of sale.
Prices listed are in euros, net and strictly confidential, intended exclusively for distributors and large purchasing groups. Prices may be revised in the event of significant fluctuations in raw material costs or exchange rates.
PAYMENT TERMS
All orders must be paid in advance via bank transfer, in full, prior to shipment. Our standard Incoterm is EX WORKS (EXW): goods will be made available for collection at our premises.
For personalized items and/or printing services, 100% of the customization cost must be paid by bank transfer at the time of order confirmation.
ORDERS
Orders must be placed using the Rasán templates provided by our sales department.
For personalized textile items (sublimation, DTF, screen printing), the minimum order is 10 units per model. For smaller quantities, please check the price list.
Goalkeeper or libero (volleyball) kits will count toward the 10-unit minimum order as long as they have the same design, carry the same sponsorships, and differ only in color. These items will be priced the same as outfield player kits.
For other personalized items (bags and accessories), please refer to the product description for minimum quantities.
Logos must be submitted in vector format. If not, a €30 fee will apply for each logo or sponsorship that requires vectorization.
The price of items includes the creation of mock-ups, with a maximum of 3 revisions or modifications. Each additional revision will be charged at €30.
Garments labeled as “promo color,” “promo color Jr,” or “promotion” are subject to special stock conditions:
* Promo color: full size range, subject to limited stock allocated to this promotion.
* Promo color Jr: same conditions as promo color, but only applicable to junior sizes.
* Promotion: limited stock items that will not be restocked once sold out.
Once promotional stock is depleted, “promo color” and “promo color Jr” items will be supplied at the regular price corresponding to the standard colors or references.
RETURNS
Products must be checked upon receipt. Please verify that the number of packages matches the delivery note provided by the courier. If any packages show signs of damage, open boxes, or broken seals, please note the issue on the delivery slip before signing and notify our customer service department within 24 hours
*Before making a return, you must contact our customer service department to obtain authorization. Returns will not be accepted after 15 days from the date of receipt.
*No returns will be accepted without prior consultation. If approved, we will provide the return instructions. Authorized returns must be accompanied by a copy of the corresponding purchase document.
* Returns handled by the company will be made through the designated carrier. PROFI CREACIONES DEPORTIVAS S.L. will not cover shipping costs for returns sent via unauthorized carriers. Goods travel at the customer’s own risk. In the event of loss, the customer must handle the claim with the carrier.
Credit notes will be applied to future purchases.
Returns will not be accepted for manipulated items or outlet products
Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Your customer number appears on all documents issued. Please include it with any request or communication.
Garments that have been altered, printed, or used cannot be returned.
All items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects.
Items remain the property of PROFI CREACIONES DEPORTIVAS S.L. until full payment has been received. In the event of non-payment, the company reserves the right to recover the goods and charge the buyer for any related expenses (collection, transport, etc.).
In the event of legal dispute, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
